摘要
目的 探讨外伤性视网膜脱离的特点、预后、手术适应证、手术时机及方法； 方法 对１９９３ 年１月～１９９８ 年１０ 月间收治的外伤性视网膜脱离病人３５ 例４０ 只眼进行回顾性分析；结果 术后视力提高达７４ ．３５ ％ ，视网膜复位率达８７ ．５ ％ ；结论 对于外伤性视网膜脱离，只要掌握好手术适应证、时机及手术技巧，能取得良好的效果。
Objective To study the characteristics,prognosis,indication,opportunity and methods of traumatic retinal detachment. Methods 35 cases (40 eyes) of traumatic retinal detachment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 40 eyes,29 eyes (74.35%) got better visual acurity,36 eyes (87.5%) achieved retinal reattachment on discharge. Conclusion Eyes with traumatic retinal detachment can be successfully treated by vitroretinal surgery if the doctor is skillful and has rich experiences in this field.Indications to surgery should be kept strictly.
