丙戊酸镁治疗偏头痛34例

Magaesium Valproate Treating 34 Cases of Migraine

目的 为了寻找较佳的治疗偏头痛的方法；方法 应用丙戊酸镁０ ．２ ～０ ．４ｍｇ 口服，２ ～３ 次／ｄ；结果 临床总有效率９１ ．２ ％ ，所获得数据经Ｘ２ 检验，疗效优于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，不良反应轻微；结论 应用丙戊酸镁，治疗偏头痛安全有效，值得推广。

Objective To find a better way of treating migrainre.Methods Received Magaesium Valproate 0.2-0.4mg bid or tid .Results The total clinical response rate was 91.2%,the therapeutic effect was remarkable(P<0.01),the adverse reations were mild.Conclusion Magaesium Valproate is safe and effective for patients with migraine.It is worth popularizing.
