米非司酮伍米索前列醇终止11～16周妊娠效果观察

Observation of Effect of Mifepristone and Misoprostol Stopping Pregnancy in 11～16 Weeks

目的 探讨米非司酮与米索前列醇在１１ ～１６ 周妊娠流产中的应用；方法 把妊娠１１ ～１６ 周自愿流产的孕妇按随机的原则分为观察组和对照组，观察组口服米非司酮与米索前列醇，对照组用利凡诺羊膜腔内或羊膜腔外注入，观察两组宫缩至胎儿娩出时间，清宫钳刮时间，出血量及并发症发生率，所获数据经方差分析，求Ｐ值，用Ｔ 检验，Ｘ２ 检验，判断差异显著性；结果 观察组服药后宫缩至胎儿娩出时间平均３ ．８９ ±２ ．５５ｈ ，流产成功率１００ ％ ，对照组中羊膜腔内法平均１４ ．０２ ±８ ．８３ｈ ，成功率９６ ％ ，羊膜腔外法无１ 例自然娩出胎儿，均以钳刮术结束分娩，流产时间两组差异有高度显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。出血量观察组平均４５ ．１６ ±６ ．３２ｍｌ，对照组羊膜内法７８ ．６７±１０ ．１６ｍｌ，羊膜外法１０１．２４ ±１９ ．３５ ， 差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ ，Ｐ＜０ ．０１），并发症发生率观察组无１ 例发生流产并发症，对照组羊膜内法６ ％ （３／４８） ，差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。羊膜外法２６ ％ （１１／４８） ，差异有高度显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于１１ ～１６ 周妊娠流产用药简便，成功率高。

Objective To explore the application of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in 11 ～ 16 weeks pregnancy abortion.Methods Induced abortion voluntary pregnancy women in 11～16 weeks were divided randomly into two groups (the observed group and th control group).The observed group was given Mifepristone and Misoprostol, while the control group was injected Rivanol intracaritarily or extracavitarily of amnion.Observe the time from labor to fetal delivery,time of clearing uterus and forceps scrape,volume of bleeding and rate of complication.All data were analysed satistically to getP:tested by t,X 2.Results The average time of delivery in the observed group was 3.89± 2. 55 hours,the rate of abortion was 100%.The control group was 14.02±8.83 hours in intracavitary,the rate of abortion was 96%. There was no spontaneous labor in extracavitary,and all were ended by forceps.There was a very significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).The volume of bleeding was 45.16±6.32 ml in the observed group,78.67±10.16ml in the intracavitary group and 101.24±19.35ml in the extracavitary group.The defference was significant (P<0.01).There were no complications in the observed group.In the control group, the rate of complication in intracavitary was 6%. The difference was significant (P<0.05), it was 26% in extracavitary.The defference was very significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Mifepristone and Misoprostol applied in abortion of 11～16 weeks pregnancy was a simple,high successful,safe and reliable method with few side effects and less pain.
