Clinical Analysis of Digestive Ulcer Bleeding Induced by Aspirin

目的 观察阿司匹林有无影响消化性溃疡出血的作用；方法 ８０ 例患者分为正在服用阿司匹林的甲组１９ 例，未服用的乙组６１ 例，胃镜检查有无出血；结果 甲组与乙组并发出血的比率有显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；

Objective To obverve the influence of Aspirin on digestive ulcer bleeding.Methods Dividing 80 patients into group A, 19 patients, who were taking Aspirin and group B, 61 patients, who did not take Aspirin,checking if there was bleeding with the gastroscope. Results There was obvious difference in bleeding rate between group A and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The patient should prevent ulcer bleeding in the early phase when he takes minidose aspirin.
