多巴酚丁胺与复方丹参注射液联用治疗肺心病心衰32例

Treatment of 32 Cases of Heart Failure Caused by Pulmonary Heart Diseases with Dobutamine and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Compound Injection

目的 观察多巴酚丁胺与复方丹参注射液联合应用治疗肺心病心衰的疗效； 方法 在综合治疗的基础上，将多巴酚丁胺２０ｍｇ 加入１０％ 的葡萄糖２５０ｍｌ 中静滴， 复方丹参注射液１６ｍｌ 加入１０％ 的葡萄糖２５０ｍｌ 中静滴，每日一次，７ 日为一疗程，所获数据经卡方检验； 结果 治疗组显效２１ 例，有效８ 例，总有效率９０．６ ％（ Ｘ２ ＝９ ．３６，Ｐ＜０ ．０５），与对照组比较，有显著性差异； 结论 改善肺微循环，提高心肌收缩力，减轻心脏负荷有助于肺心病心衰的纠正。

Objective To study the curative effect of Dobutamine and Saviae Miltiorrhizae Compound injection in the treatment of heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease.Methods On the basis of comprehensive treatment, 20mg Dobutamine was added into 250ml glucose(containing 10% glucose), 16ml Saviae Miltiorrhizae Compound injection into 250ml glucose(containing 10% glucose),intravinous drip,once a day and a course of treatment was seven days.The given statistics were proved by X 2. Results There was a curative effect in 8 cases in the experimental group. The total response rate was 90.6% (X 2= 9.36, P< 0.05).There was a significant difference compared with those in the control group.Conclusion Strengthening myocardial contractive power and lightening the work load on the heart can help correct heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease.
