牵引术并发症的防治

Prevention and Treatment of Traction Complications

目的 减少牵引术治疗骨折及畸形过程中的并发症； 方法 将４５２ 例牵引术的病人随机分为两组，对其中２３６ 例采取预防感染，加强护理观察，功能锻炼等措施，其余２１６ 例常规治疗，最后做统计学处理；结果 本组病人并发症与对照组病人并发症所获数据经Ｘ２ 检验（Ｐ＜０．０１）；结论 采用上述方法对并发症的预防有着明显的效果。

Objective To reduce complications during treatment of fracture and deformity.Methods 452 patients undergone traction were randomly divided into two groups.236 patients were treated by preventing infection,strengthening observation and function experiencing.And the other 216 patients were given routine treatment.Results There was very significant defference between two groups with the data examined by X 2.Conclusion The effects are excellent with above approaches in preventing complications.
