Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy and Nursing of Carcinoma of Large Intestine

目的 观察大肠癌腹腔化疗的临床疗效，总结护理方法，提高护理质量；方法 将９６ 例大肠癌患者随机分成两组，治疗组用腹腔化疗及静脉化疗，对照组单纯用静脉化疗，所获数据经卡方检验；结果 治疗组总有效率（７３．３ ％） 明显高于对照组（４７．２ ％），Ｐ＜０ ．０５；结论 腹腔化疗能有效抑制肿瘤生长，提高患者生活质量。

Objective To abserve the clinical effect of abdominal chemotherapy treatig carcinoma of large intestine,summarize the nursing methods,and improve the quality of nursing.Methods 96 cases of carcinoma of large intestine were randomly divided into two groups:the therapeutic group was treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy and intravinous chemotherapy,while the control group was simply treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Results The response rate of the therapeutic group was 73.3%,obviously higher than that of the control group 47.2% (P<0.05). Conclusion The intraperitoneal chemotherapy can restrain the growth of the tumor ,which can improve the life quality of the patients.
