Lambert-Eaton Syndrome in 16 Cases

目的 探讨Ｌａｍｂｅｒｔ－ Ｅａｔｏｎ 综合征的诊断，与原发癌肿的联系。方法 结合文献复习１６ 例Ｌａｍｂｅｒｔ－ Ｅａｔｏｎ 综合征，均行肌电图检查，肺癌者行ＣＴ检查。结果 多数病例合并肺癌，且在癌肿发现前出现肌无力症状， 肌电图均有特殊表现。结论 Ｌａｍｂｅｒｔ－ Ｅａｔｏｎ 综合征确诊依靠肌电图，应进一步查找原发癌肿病变。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis of Lambert-Eaton syndrome and the relations between it and primary tumour. Methods 16 patients with Lambert-Eaton syndrome were reviewded, and all were examined through myoelectric,patients with lung cancer were examined by CT. Results Most cases were companied by lung cancer,and myoparaysis appeared earlier than syndrome of tumour. Conclusion The diagnosis of Lambert-Eaton syndrome should rely on electromyogram and find carefully out the primary tumour.
