氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭46例疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Anlinony on 46 Cases of Congestive Heart Failure

目的 观察氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，均给以强心、利尿、扩血管等综合治疗，治疗组在此基础上先以氨力农０ ．５ ～１ ．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ 加生理盐水稀释后静推，继以７ ．５μｇ．ｋｇ／ｍｉｎ 的速度静滴，１ 次／ｄ，连续７ｄ ，疗程结束后观察心衰症状的改善情况。结果 治疗组显效２７ 例，有效２７ 例，有效率９１ ．３ ％ ；对照组显效２０ 例，有效１４ 例，有效率７５ ．６ ％ 。两组比较，差异显著（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论 氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效好，副作用少，值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Anlinony on congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods CHF patiens( 46 cases) were divided randomly into 2 groups.Both groups were given cardiostimuly, diuretic and vasodilator therapy.On the basis of this,the therapeutic group was given intravenous injection of Anlinony(0.5-1.0mg/kg )whitch was diluted with physiological saline,then intravenous drip at the speed of 7. 5mg. kg/min, once a day and lasting seven days.Observe the improvement of heart failure after the therapy course.Results In the therapeutic group, 27 cases showed effectiveness while 15 cases were effective. The total response rate was 91.3%. But in the control group 20 cases showed effectiveness and 14 cases were effective.The total response rate was 75.6%.The differences between two groups were obvious(P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Anlinony on congestive heart failure is better and has less side- effect. It's worth popularizing.
