中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病40例观察

Observation of Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treating 40 Patients with Chronic Cor Pulmonale

目的 观察自拟“消喘汤”加增氧雾化吸入法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（ 慢性肺心病） 的疗效。方法 将７８ 例慢性肺心病患者，随机分治疗组及时照组，所获数据经Ｘ２ 检验。结果 治疗组及对照组显效率分别为７０ ％ 、３６ ．８ ％ ，差异显著（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论 提示中西医结合，多途径给药。

Objective To observe the effect of the sour removing bronchial asthma combining atomization inhalation with increasing oxygen to treat the chronic cor pulmonale.Methods 78 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were divided into two groups randomly:the therapeutic group and the control group.Results The regression rates of the therapeutic group and the control group were 70% and 36.8% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The result suggests that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and giving medicine by kinds of modes provide an ideal efficient method for chronic cor pulmonale.
