漱口液含漱预防肾型过敏性紫癜病人口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Gargle Preventing Mouth Ulcer in Patients with Renal Allergic Purpura

目的 探讨两种漱口液在预防肾型过敏性紫癜病人口腔溃疡的疗效上的优劣。方法 将２８４ 例患者随机分为三组：一组单用１ ：５０００ 呋喃西林液，二组单用４ ％ 碳酸氢钠溶液，三组两药并用，所获数据经Ｘ２ 检验。结果 三组有效率分别为８２ ．４６ ％ 、８５ ．３７ ％ 和９７ ．７３％ 。一组与二组有效率比较，差异无显著性（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ，三组与一组有效率比较，差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，三组与二组比较，差异亦有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论 两药合用明显优于两药单用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of two kinds of gargle in preventing mouth ulcer in patients with renal allergic purpura. Methods 284 cases were divided into three groups: the patients in group one were only given 1:5000 Furacillinum, those in group two only given 4% Natiibicarbonas and those in group three, both of the two drugs. The datum were eximined by X 2 test.Results The response rate in three groups were 82.46%,85.37% and 97.73% respectively.The response rate between group one and group two was not remarkable(P>0.05), between group three and group one was remarkable(P<0.05 ), and between group three and group two was also remarkable(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of two kinds of drugs is better than that of one drug.
