摘要
研究了ZG20MnSi钢及其焊接热影响区的断裂韧度和疲劳裂纹扩展速率。ZG20MnSi钢在常温下有较高的断裂韧度,δi达0.158mm,在0℃时δi为0.145mm。焊接热影响区的断裂韧度降低,但常温下δi也达0.146mm,在0℃时δi为0.139mm。ZG20MnSi钢在空气中的疲劳裂纹扩展速率方程为dn/dN=5.2857×10-12(△K)4.1;在滴水环境中的疲劳裂纹扩展速率方程为da/dN=3.7515×10-13(△K)4.9。
The fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth rate of ZG20MnSi steel and its heat affected zone were systematically studied. ZG20MnSi steel showed a high fracture toughness with the δi of 0. 158 mm at 20 ℃ and 0. 145 mm at 0 ℃. The fracture toughness of ZG20MnSi steel was higher than that of its heat affected zone, the Si of the latter was 0. 146 mm at 20 ℃ and 0. 139 mm at 0 ℃. The fatigue crack growth rate of ZG20MnSi steel was da/ dN=5. 285 7×10-12(△K)4.1 in air, and da/dN=3. 751 5×10-13(△K)4.9under water.
