摘要 用分光光度计测定铜锌合金表面对不同波长光波的反射率,根据光谱波长及范围与颜色的关系给出了不同反射区域所对应的铜锌合金表面颜色,结合能带理论分析了加热时间、加热温度及合金成分对合金颜色的影响。结果表明:升高加热温度或延长加热时间,合金表面色相中的黄色和红色部分会增多,并且锌的加入可明显提高紫铜的黄度。 The metal color in different reflecting areas was characterized with the help of the relationship between wavelength and color, using spectrophotometer to measure surface spectral reflectivity. The theory of solid physics was introduced into the analysis about the effects of oxidative condition and alloy composition on the color of Cu-Zn alloy systems. Higher heating temperature and longer heating time result in higher yellow and red percentage in the alloy surface hue. In addition, the composition of alloy also has great influence on the color of Cu-Zn alloy systems. Zn can raise the yellow percentage in the surface hue of copper.
