溶血卵磷脂对胰腺炎大鼠脱髓鞘作用的研究

摘要 目的探讨胰腺炎时胰酶的作用产物之一溶血卵磷脂(Lysopnosphatidylcholine,LPC)对胰腺炎大鼠是否有脱髓鞘作用。方法参照Aho方法制备SD大鼠急性水肿型胰腺炎模型。随后从实验组大鼠的尾静脉注入0.1%LPC0.4ml/100g。对照组之一在制成胰腺炎模型后从尾静脉注入生理盐水。对照组之二是非手术组,单纯对其尾静脉注入0.1%LPC0.4ml/100g。连续应用上述药物5d后的7-10d以丽春红染色和固兰染色观察有无脱髓鞘改变。结果实验组大鼠脱髓鞘较明显;对照组的脱髓鞘不明显。两者具有统计学差异。结论LPC对胰腺炎大鼠具有脱髓鞘作用,并且LPC在胰性脑病发病机制中起重要作用。 Objective To determine whether lysophosphatidyl choline (LPC), a pancreatin product, induced cerebral demyelination in rats with pancreatitis. Methods An acute edematous pancreatitis (AEP) rat model was induced using the method intruduced by Aho. Rats with AEP were administered intravenously 0. 1% LPC 0. 4 ml/100 g body weight as experiment gruop, and were given intravenously normal saline as control group 1. Normal rats only received intravenous injection of 0. 1% LPC 0. 4 ml/100 g body weigh as control group 2. Seven-ten days after LPC injection for 5 consecutive days, Ponceau stain and Luxol Fast Bluc stain were performed to observe demyelinating changes in the brain of the rats. Results Obvious cereboral demyelination was observed in the experimental group, while little demyelinating change was observed in both control groups. There was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Conclusions LPC definitely demyelinates the brain of pancreatitis rats and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of pancreatic encephalopathy.
