胰腺癌分子标志物表达谱的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的发生和发展是多基因参与的复杂生物学过程.从总体水平鉴定细胞癌变过程中异常变化的基因/蛋白质群,有助于全面认识肿瘤的生物学行为,同时也为寻找到有价值的肿瘤早期诊断标志物和治疗分子靶标开辟了新的途径.本文对近年来有关胰腺癌基因/蛋白表达谱的研究作一综述.
