摘要 对竹纤维增强尼龙复合材料动态机械性能进行研究。结果表明,竹纤维增强尼龙复合材料存在玻璃态、高弹态、粘流态,玻璃化转变和流动转变区域。粘流态的温度与界面改性处理、纤维用量的关系不大,与基体呈现粘流态的温度有关。经界面改性处理,竹纤维增强尼龙复合材料的玻璃化转变温度比尼龙6基体高,且随着纤维含量的增加而提高。复合材料的储能模量、损耗模量比尼龙6基体高。采用扫描电镜分析了复合材料的界面微观结构。 Dynamic mechanical property of nylon composite reinforced with bamboo fiber was analyzed in this paper. The result showed that there are glass state, elastomeric state, viscous flow state, regions of glass transition and viscous flow transition in the bamboo fiber reinforced nylon composite. The transition temperature of viscosity flow has little connection with modifying treatment of interface and the content of fiber, but relates to the matrix of nylon. After the modifying treatment of interface glass transition temperature of this composite is higher than that of nylon matrix, and it can be further improved with the increase of fiber content. Storage and damage modulus of this composite are higher than those of nylon. The interface microstructure of the composite was analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy.
