摘要
高松厚度的BCTMP是目前需求和进口增长最快的浆种。本文对三倍体毛白杨CTMP过氧化氢漂白进行了研究,以期获得高质量的三倍体毛白杨BCTMP。研究结果表明,三倍体毛白杨CTMP可漂性好,在H2O2用量4.0%下可漂至80%ISO以上的高白度,且三倍体毛白杨CTMP中过渡金属锰离子的含量非常低(约1mg/kg),在漂白过程中鳌合处理并非是必须的;同时,三倍体毛白杨BCTMP具有良好的物理性能。
The R and D project of the production of bleached CTMP from triploid popudus tomentosa carr. was carried out in our lab. The research results showed that the CTMP pulp is easily bleached to high brightness with either one-stage or two-stage alkali peroxide process, about 80%ISO brightness is reached with 4% H2O2 charge. The pulp contains a very low level of manganese (about 1 × 10-6 g/kg), the chelation stage for transition metal removal is not necessary. The effect of other process parameters, including the charges of sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, sodium silicate, on the brightness development was studied. Finally, the strength properties were determined and compared with those of the commercial BCTMP.
