在摇床培养条件下将白腐菌菌丝团接入脱墨废水中,在不添加任何外源营养物的条件下,1~2d内白腐菌生长比较缓慢,外观没有明显变化。生长至第3d时,白腐菌菌丝体发生了明显的变化,呈现舒展的团块状。在第7d时,白腐菌处理后废水的CODCr去除率最高可达57.1%;在第7d后,CODCr不再降低。在pH值3.0~4.5的范围内,白腐菌生长最好。未经处理的脱墨废水包括压榨后废水、浮选后废水和混合废水,污染物出峰时间主要集中在tR<25min,表明废水中污染物以低分子质量的居多。经白腐菌处理后,污染物的GC色谱峰减少很多,表明这些物质得到了降解。
Under the condition of rocking culture, white rot fungus was directly utilized to treat deinking effluent without any extraneous nutrients. There was no obvious change of visual growth appearance of white rot fungus during the culture period of first 1 - 2 d, however, they were stretching out with a shape of bodily lump in the following days. As white rot fungus grew in the effluent, the pollutants were degraded, the highest removal rate of CODCr reached by 57.1% at the 7 d, then CODCr stopped decreasing. In the area of pH 3.0 - 4.5 in the culture media, white rot fungus grew better and higher removal of CODCr was achieved. Major parts of pollutants of the deinking effluent from press, floatation and their mixture emerged at tR less than or equal 25 min on the spectrum of GC, it indicated that most of the pollutants in the effluents were with low molecule weight, many pollutants were degraded, the number of peaks in GC decreased significantly.
