摘要
硫酸盐纸浆黑液经活化、增强后可用作木材胶粘剂。最佳的活化条件是甲醛用量16%、反应温度70℃、反应时间3h。在活化的黑液(羟甲基化黑液)中加入不同比例的增强剂酚醛树脂或PAPI,可用于生产不同类别的胶合板,但从经济的角度考虑,羟甲基化黑液混合胶更适合用于生产Ⅰ类胶合板,其原料成本分别比纯酚醛树脂降低了55.5%和49.0%。红外光谱分析表明,研究中制备羟甲基化黑液混合胶所采用的方法是行之有效的。该研究充分利用了黑液中的有机物资源,减少了环境污染,具有较好的经济、社会和生态效益。
Wood adhesive can be prepared from sulfate pulping black liquid by activating and reinforcing. The optimal activation condition is as follows: formaldehyde dosage is Y, reaction temperature is 70°C, reacting time is 3 hours. The activated hydroxide black liquid can be used for manufacturing various kinds of plywood if different proportions of intensifiers are added, such as phenol-formaldehyde resin and PAPI. However, from the point of view of economics, the hydroxide black liquid blended glue is much more suitable for making type I plywood, because its raw material cost is reduced by 55.5% and 49.0% respectively compared with pure phenol-formaldehyde resin. The infrared spectrum shows that the method used for preparing the hydroxide black liquid blended glue is effective. The study leads to use natural resources comprehensively and reduces the environment pollution at the same time, therefore, it has unexceptionable economic, social and ecological benefit.
