氧化淀粉/PVAm复合物对漂白芦苇化学浆的助留助滤作用

Application of Oxidized Starch/PVAm Complexes as Retention and Drainage Aids to Bleached Reed pulp

研究了氧化淀粉/聚乙烯胺(PVAm)复合物对漂白芦苇化学浆的助留助滤作用。结果表明,氧化淀粉与PVAm的质量比为1∶2的复合物(SP0.5)具有良好的助留助滤效果;当其用量为0.2%时,芦苇浆的留着率由添加复合物前的78.0%提高到87.5%,打浆度由55°SR降低到22°SR,相应的滤水时间由200s缩短到100s;当其添加量在0.2%～0.6%的范围内时,SP0.5在浆上的吸附率大于95%。

The effects of the complexes of oxidized starch and polyvinylamine on retention and drainage of bleached reed chemical pulp were investigated. The results illustrated that the complex (SP-0.5) with 1 : 2 of mass ratio of the oxidized starch and the polyvinylamine greatly increased retention and drainage of the pulp. The retention of the pulp increased from 78% to 87.5%, and the beating degree and drainage time decreased from 55°SR and 200 s to 22°SR and 100 s respectively at a complex dosage of 0.2%. The retention of SP-0.5 in the pulp was nearly 100% at a dosage of less than 0.6%.
