摘要
导出了可用于高速纸机中具有闷头的空心铸钢辊结构的壁厚、径向过盈量等重要参数设计的实用计算公式。这些公式考虑了离心力、双重过盈联接等因素的影响,并兼顾了理论弹性解的适当近似处理与基于某些实验结果的修正。
The practical design formulas for calculating the parameters (including interference values and wall thickness) of hollow steel rolls with the axle sleeves of high-speed paper machines were derived. The effects of centrifugal force, double-interference-fit construction and the differences in mechanical properties among the three press-roll components are taken account of in the present formulas. In addition, both the proper approximate treatments of the analytical results based on the theory of elasticity and some corrections based on the experiment deduce were considered to deduce the design expressions.
