摘要
从生命哲学的视野看 ,只有精神活动才是人的生命活动的最高形式 ,因而也只有精神文化才真正表现出文化的生命特征。离开人的生命意识 ,任何文化的思考都没有真正的教育价值。学校文化建设不能只从教育者的理解力出发 ,而要把学校文化建设变成学生精神生活的重要内容。精神文化建设必须突破学校文化建设的传统框架 。
From the viewpoint of life philosophy, mental activities are the maximum form of life activity and only the human beings' spiritual culture can reflect the life features of culture. Without human beings' consciousness of life, none of the considerations about culture has real value for education. Therefore, the educators' understanding should not be the sole starting point of the construction of school culture. Instead, the construction of school culture should be considered as an important content of students' cultural life. Furthermore, efforts should be made to smash the shackles of the traditional convention in the cultural construction at school and to build up the theoretical basis and the practical form of school cultural construction in the new philosophical background.
