摘要
现代社会不同文化背景下的教师形象正普遍向着专业化方向提升。教师形象研究的关键是要摆脱完美主义和理想化的窠臼 ,通过国家、学校和教师等多主体的广泛参与 ,在宏观、中观、微观不同层面上加强教师的教育形象与职业形象有效统整 。
In modern society, the image of teachers in different cultural backgrounds is being improved for the orientation of professionalization. The key link of the study on teacher image is to get rid of the shackles of the perfectionism and idealism. To realize the overall improvement of teachers' professional image, energetic efforts should be made to encourage the extensive involvement of such subjects as relevant authorities, schools and teachers and the effective reinforcement of teachers' educational and professional images at the macro, intermediate and micro levels.
