摘要
在4个镍生产厂矿进行了作业工人肺癌队列研究,同时进行了作业环境卫生监测;并安排了两项体外实验研究。综合所得结果认为,镍冶炼工肺癌危险度超量在我国得到证实。然而,并非接触任何化学形态、任何浓度水平的镍都有这种危险。接镍水平在肺癌发病中具有重要作用。镍与其它环境污染物的协同作用,在镍工肺癌的病因学中可能有一定意义。

study on lung cancer among nickel workers was conducted in four nickel plants。 At the same
time airmonitoring and bioassay in vitro were carried out as well。On the basis of obtained
data it was concluded that anexcess risk of mortality from lung cancer does exist in nickel
refinery and smeltery in China。 However it does notmean that such an excess risk will occur
whatever chemical form(s) of nickel and exposure level in employees ex-posed to。It
suggested that nickel exposure level would be the determinant in the occurence of lung cancer,
andcombined effect of nickel and coexisting pollutants may play certain roles in pathogenesis
of lung cancer amongnickel workers。
