摘要
活塞环在运行状态下由于存在温度梯度而发生变形,导致活塞环开口附近接触状况变化和径向压力增加。文中提出了计算这个变化的公式和实例,并提出了径向压力分布合理的设计方案,以防止热变形造成环开口处擦伤和漏泄等有害影响。作为计算的依据,文章讨论了用边界元计算活塞环温度场的方法。
During the Operation of the engine the temperature graduate is likely to deform the piston ring, as may alter the contact situation at the opening of the piston ring and raise the radial pressure. Both equations of calculation of the deformation and practical examples are given in the paper. To avoid the ill effects caused by thermal deformation, such as scuffing and leakage at the opening of the ring, a rational design plan of radial pressure distribution is put forward. And also discussed in the paper is the way of calculating the temperature field of the piston ring by the use of the boundary element method.
