综合性康复治疗对腰腿痛病人生活质量的影响

A study on the influence of quality of life(QOL) on patients with pain of lumher and leg hy a comprehansive rehabilitation therapy

为探讨综合性康复治疗对腰腿痛病人生活质量的影响，对66例腰腿痛病人采用药物、理疗、关节松动术、ADL训练和心理咨询的治疗，治疗后病人的症状、体征、日常生活能力和心理状态均有改善，其中腰腿痛、腰部压痛、下肢感觉异常、跟踺反射减弱、直腿抬高试验阳性的病例数明显减少（P＜0.05），Earthel指数总分从治疗前的77.2±10.0上升到治疗后的90．3±7．4（P＜0．001），SCL－90总均分从150．1±23.0下降到136.0±14.3（P＜0.001）。结果表明病人的躯体症状，生活活动能力和心理状态均有改善，提示病人的生活质量有所提高。

A comprehansive rehabilitation programe on 66patients with pain of lumber and leg including drugs, physical therapy, joint mobilization, training of ADL and psychological consultation. The patients' symptoms, signs, ADL and psychological state were signlificantly improved by the treatment (P<0. 05). The results suggests the quality of life of the patients were improved.
