浓缩铀诱发免疫细胞的放射免疫毒理效应

摘要 我们研究了浓缩铀内污染机体时诱发中枢和外周免疫细胞的免疫毒理效应。结果表明:(1)浓缩铀可抑制中枢免疫器官的胸腺细胞和骨髓细胞对3H-TdR的自发掺入,尤其是对胸腺细胞的抑制更严重;(2)浓缩铀可阻抑外周免疫器官脾脏T、8淋巴细胞的增殖,且B淋巴细胞的受抑程度大于T淋巴细胞;(3)浓缩铀可使脾脏淋巴细胞IL-1的生成抑制,而使得IL-2的消耗减少。 t was found that enriched uranium,235UO2F2,had injuriouts effect on the immune function of central and peripheral immune cells. The spontaneous3H-TdR incorporation in thyrmocytes and bone marrow cells decreased after iv injection of23SUO2F2.Thethymocytes were destroyed more markedly.The proliferation ability of spleen T and B lymphocytes were bolh inhibite after con-tamination of 35UO2F2, and the latter was inhibited more markedly than the former.The Productjon of IL-l and consumption of IL一2 in spleen lymphocytes were also diminished.
