碳氮共渗复合中温电解渗硼的研究

摘要 本文介绍了低、中碳钢中温碳氮共渗复合中温电解渗硼工艺,以及用此工艺获得的渗层组织及性能。试验结果表明本工艺既保持了电解渗硼渗速快,中温条件下渗硼可获得致密度高、缺陷少的渗硼层,又可使中、低碳钢在保持心部具有较高塑性、韧性的同时,增加了近表层的硬度、强度,给渗硼层以良好的支撑。 This paper describes the combination treatment of middle temperature carbonitriding and middle temperature electrolytic boriding of low and medium carbonsteel. The structure and behaviour of the boronized layer procured by using this technology are also indicated. The experiment shows that this technology not only keeps fast electrolytic boriding so that the layer boronized in has high densification and less defect, it also keeps high plasticity and toughness of the low and medium carbonsteel in the core and improves hardness and strength of the near surfacial layer to give good support to the boronized layer.
