放射工作人员骨髓粒细胞系的超微结构观察

ULTRASTRUCTUKAL STUDY OF THE BONE MARROW GRANULOCYTIC SERIES IN II4 MEDICAL RADIOLOGIG WORKERS

对从事放射工作的医务人员１１４名和２８名正常人骨髓粒细胞系进行超微结构观察，发现前者的骨髓粒细胞系呈现多种改变，主要有核袋、大脂滴、自噬泡与大空泡以及核浆发育不平衡等。经统计学处理差异有显著或非常显著意义。本研究对慢性放射损伤的早期诊断，可能有一定参考价值。

comparative study with electronic microscopy of bone marrow granulocytic series of ll4 Medical radiologic workers and 28healthv volunteers without exposure to irradiation was carried out.The main ultrastructural changes were nuclear pockets,widen-ing of the perinuclear space, large lipid droplet,larger vacuoles and expansion of the endoplasmic reticulum. The authors consid-ered that these results may contribute to early diagnosis of chronic radiation injury or sickness.
