老年冠心病患者心室晚电位与多普勒超声左室舒张功能测定的相关分析

A correlative analysis of ventricular late potential and Doppler left ventricular diastolic performance in elderly with coronary heart disease

对４８例老年冠心病患者及２０例健康老年人作心室晚电位（ＶＬＰ）和彩色多普勒超声左心室舒张功能测定。结果显示：冠心病组ＶＬＰ阳性率比健康组显著升高（分别为３３．３％及０％，Ｐ＜０．０１），左心室舒张功能较健康组明显降低；ＶＬＰ阳性组与阴性组比较，前者左室舒张功能降低更明显；左室舒张功能参数（Ａ／Ｅ比率）与ＶＬＰ各指标（ＱＲＳ时限、Ｄ（４０）、Ｖ（４０））之间有直线相关关系。

Abstract The ventricular late potential (VLP) and left ventricular diastolic performance were recorded by SAECG and colour doppler echocardiography in 48 elderly with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 20 healthy elderly.The results showed that:(1) the positive rate of VLP in CHD group is higher than in healthy control (33.3% vs 0, P<0.01), the lowering of left ventricular diastolic performance in CHD group is more marked than in control;(2) the lowering of left ventricular diastolic performance in patients with VLP positive is more significant than in patients with VLP negative; (3) there is linear correlation between left ventricular diastolic performance (A/E rate) and variables of ventricular late potential (QRS, D, V,).
