老年慢性肺心病患者血浆蛋白含量变化及其临床意义

The changes and clinical significance of plasma protein content in the aged patients with chronic cor pulmonale

应用单向免疫琼脂扩散法测定４５例老年肺心病患者１１项血浆蛋白含量，并与５０例健康老年人的１１项血浆蛋白测定结果进行比较。结果表明，老年肺心病患者的白蛋白、前白蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白、连株蛋白、载脂蛋白Ｂ、血浆结合蛋白、纤维蛋白溶解酶原均显著低于健康老年人（Ｐ＜０．０１及０．００１）。α１－抗胰蛋白酶、α１－酸性糖蛋白含量显著高于健康老年人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。老年肺心病患者血浆蛋白的异常变化，可能与营养状态低下和肺内感染有关。

Abstract Eleven kinds of plasma protein in 45 aged patients with chronic cor pulmonale were determined and compared with that in 50 healthy aged persons.The results showed that the levels of albumin,prealbumin,ceruloplasmin,transferrin,haptoglobin, apolipoprotein B, fibronectin and plasminogen in aged patients with chronic cor pulmonale were significantly lower than that in healthy aged persons(P<0.01 or 0.001 respectively).While the levels of α1-antitrypsin,α1-acidglycoprotein were higher than that in healthy aged persons (P<0.01).The abnormal changes of plasma protein in aged patients with chronic cor pulmonale may be related to the lower level of nutritional status and lung infection.
