A Study of the Operating Reliability for the Oil-Free Slide Vane Compressor

本文对影响全无油润滑滑片压缩机运行可靠性的原因进行了分析,并提出了变更滑片结构、提高转子槽加工精度、降低粗糙度和转子由6槽改为8槽的研究方案,期望改善滑片受力,降低滑片磨损速率,从而延长滑片使用寿命。经台架试验和500多小时实际工况考核,主要性能指标超过原设计要求,运行可靠性获得了满意的效果。

This paper makes an analysis on the causes affecting the compressor's operating reliability. A solution is given for changing slide vane construction, raising the machining precision and finish of the rotor which is altered from 6 grooves to 8. The service life of the machine can be made longer through the improvement of the force acting on the slide vane and the wear reduction of the slide vane.
