卡维地洛辅助治疗急性心肌梗塞性心力衰竭的研究

On Carvedilol Assistively Treating Acute Myocardial Infarction Heart Failure

目的 探讨卡维地洛辅助治疗急性心肌梗塞性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 12 2例急性心肌梗塞心力衰竭患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 6 0例 ,对照组 6 4例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上 ,加用卡维地洛 6 .2 5～12 .5mg ,每日两次 ,口服。对照组按常规治疗 ,两组均在治疗前后检测心率、血压、射血分数及心功能 ,所获数据经秩和检验和t检验。结果 治疗组显效 4 1.37% ,有效 4 8.2 8% ,有效率 89.6 6 % ;对照组显效 2 0 .31% ,有效 32 .81% ,有效率 5 3.13% ,两组比较P <0 .0 1,差异有显著性 ,两组治疗后均心率明显下降 ,射血分数提高 ,心功能改善 ,但治疗组改善明显 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 应用卡维地洛治疗急性心肌梗塞心力衰竭可减轻心脏负荷 ,防止心室重构 ,改善心功能 。

Objective To study the effect of Carvedilol treating the acute myocardial infarction heart failure. Methods 122 patients with the acute myocardial infarction heart failure were randomized into the treatment group,58 cases, and the control group,64 cases. On the basis of the routine treatment, the treatment group was given 6.25～12.5mg orally twice a day. Before and after the treatment, the heart beating rate, the blood pressure, the ejection fraction of the two groups were detected. Results In the treatment group, the regression rate, the response rate and the total response rate was 41.37%,48.28% and 89.66% respectively;in the control group they were 20.31%,32.81% and 53.135 respectively, there was obvious difference (P<0.01),after the treatment the heart beating rate decreased,the ejection fraction rised,and the heart function improved,but the treatment group improved more (P<0.05).Conclusion The carvedilol treating the acute myocardial infarction heart failure can lighten the ventricle remodeling, improve the heart function.
