精神分裂症住院患者拒服药物因素分析

Analyses of Schizophrenia Inpatients Refusing to Taking Medicines

目的 探讨住院精神分裂症病人拒服药物的原因 ,寻找切实可行的防范措施。方法 对 80例住院分裂症拒服药物者从病程、自知力、时间和常见手段进行分析。结果 与病人的病程、自知力、服药重要性的认识、病人的住院时间、精神症状、用药种类、药物副作用等方面关系密切。结论 加强对住院病人的精神病知识、药物知识的教育 。

Objective To explore the factors of schizophrenia inpatients who refuse to take midicines.Methods 80 schizophvenia inpatients who refuse to take medicines were analysed.Results It showed that it was closely related to the course of diease, theimportance to take medicine, hospitalization, mental symptom, kind of medicine, side effects ,etc.Conclusion To strengthen education of psychosis and drug knowledge and to solve side effects in time is the key to prevent refusing to take medicine.
