中西医结合治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎138例

Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treating 138 Patients with Primary Osteoarthritis

目的 探讨原发性骨性膝关节炎的有效治疗方法。方法 患膝行脲嘧啶、透明质酸关节腔内注射 ,配合中药熏洗、按摩、功能锻炼及服用中药等中西医结合的综合治疗方法原发性骨性关节炎 138例。结果 138例患者均取得了优良效果 ,优良率92 .3% ,总有效率 10 0 %。结论 关节腔内药物注射结合中医中药。

Objective To investigate the effective managenent for the primary osteoarthritis.Methods 138 patieats with primary osteoarthritis were treated by introcavity injection with Fluorouralil and Hyaluronidase combinded with traditional Chinese medicine washing massage and function exercise.Results All patients had good effect, the rate was 92.3%, the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion There is a positive effect of introcavity injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine function exercise for primary osteoartritis.
