Diagnosis and Treatment of Mandibular Condyle Fracture

目的 探讨下颌骨髁状突骨折诊断与治疗的最佳方法。方法 通过 2 0例分析总结其诊断与治疗体会。结果 通过治疗观察 ,咬合关系恢复良好 ,张口度正常。结论 认为冠状位CT扫描是诊断下颌骨髁状突骨折的最好的检查方法 ,颌间固定和颌下切口内固定是治疗下颌骨髁状突骨折较为理想的方法。

Objective To study the best way of diagnosis and treatment of mandibular condyle fracture. Methods 20 cases were analysed. Results Occlusion renewed well, opening mouth was normal. Conclusion Coronal computerized tomography scanography is the best way to diagnose mandibular condyle fracture. Intermaxillary fixation and submandibular incision fixation is the ideal way to treat mandibular condlyle fracture.
