急性消化性溃疡大出血的治疗和护理

Treatment and Nursing of Peptic Ulcer and Acute Bleeding

目的 探讨消化性溃疡合并急性大出血的原因、治疗和护理措施。方法 对 30 8例消化道溃疡合并大出血者 ,采用内镜下局部注射止血疗法 ,局部喷洒法及药物止血疗法 ,并采用适当的护理措施。结果 治愈 2 99例 ,占 97.0 8% ,9例转外科手术治疗 ,占 2 .92 %。结论 此方法疗效肯定 。

Objective To study the bleeding reason and the measures of how to stop bleeding. Methods Using the way of injecting partly under endoscopes to stop bleeding and at the same time take some measures. Results Only 9 cases were operated. The other 299 (22%) cases were cured. Conclusion The effect of this method is positive, the suitable nursing can prevent rebleeding.
