结合固定治疗胫腓骨骨折63例

Combined Fixation Technique to Treat the Tibiofibular Fracture

目的 探讨结合固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 胫腓骨骨折在小切口直视下复位 ,有限内固定结合外固定架固定。结果 骨折愈合良好。胫骨愈合 3～ 11个月 ,平均 4 .5个月 ,腓骨愈合 2～ 5个月 ,平均3个月。膝关节活动优良。

Objective To investigate the effect of tibiofibular fracture treated by combined fixation technic.Methods All cases were replaced openaly and limited internal fixation with combined external fixation apparatus.Results The tibia healing time was in 3～11months,and the average time was 4.5 months.The fibular healing time was 2～5 months and the average 3 months.It is good for the knee joint function.Conclusion It is considered that combined fixation technique is good for the fractures of tibia-fibular bone,especially for the open fractures.
