夏季针刺配合穴位敷贴预防支气管哮喘发作17例分析

Analysis 17 cases in Acupuncture plus Acupoint Application Prevent form Bronchial Asthma in Summer

目的 观察夏季运用针刺配合穴位敷贴预防支气管哮喘发作的临床疗效。方法 17例患者按照不同发病季节、不同病程和年龄组观察治疗 ,同时配合穴位敷贴。结果 临床治愈 3例 ,显效 5例 ,好转 7例 ,总有效率为 88.2 % ,其中夏季预防性治疗的疗效最好 ,春秋季次之 ,冬季最差 (不同季节的疗效差异P <0 .0 1) ;而不同病程及不同年龄之间 ,疗效也有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 针刺配合穴位敷贴预防支气管哮喘发作有较好疗效 ,且夏季治疗效果优于其它季节 ,病程短、年龄小者优于病程长。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Acupuncture plus Acupoint application prevent form Bronchial Asthma in Summer. Methods 17 case of Bronchial Asthma were treated with Acupuncture in different seasons, different time of illness and different age , plus Acupoint Application of Chinese. Results The response rate is 88.2%, 3 cases achieved Clinical cure, 5 cases were effective, 7 cases were improved, 2 cases were unchanged. The Curative effects is better than other seasons, and there is obvious difference between different time of illness and different age. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Acupoint application acted well in the prevention and treatment of Bronchial Asthma,and especially in summer, in short time illness, in younger.
