小儿鼠药中毒血液透析的护理

目的 探讨鼠药中毒血液透析的疗效和护理经验。方法 采用静滴同型全血 ,提高体内新鲜血液的含量 ,清除毒物。结果 血液透析 35例 ,共进行 98例次 ,透析后有少数病例出现低血压、抽搐等不良反应。结论 小儿灭鼠药中毒后 ,及时进行血液透析 。

Objective To explore the effect and methods of nursing care of children with toxin of kill-rat medicine treated by hemodialysis. Methods Using intravenous drip homologous whole blood to improve the content of new blood in the body and clear away poison. Results Hemodialysis was used by 35 patients with 98 time. Little patients showed hypotension and convulsion etc, after hemodialysis. Conclusion Hemodialysis is effective after toxin of kill rat medicine.
