摘要
正常小鼠（Ｃ（５７）ＢＬ／６）在０．２５ＭＰａ吸９９．２％氧情况下，血清皮质醇含量明显高于对照组；脾淋巴细胞Ｔｈｙ－１、Ｌ３Ｔ４、Ｌｙｔ－２阳性细胞百分率及Ｔｈ／Ｔｓ比值均明显低于对照组。提示高压氧可降低细胞免疫功能，其机理与肾上腺皮质功能增强有关。
In this paper,it is observed that the amount of serum cortisol was significantly greater than that of control group,and the positive rate of spleen lymphocyte Thy-1,L3T4,Lyt2 and ratio of Th/Ts were obviously lower than those of control group in the condition of 0.25MPa and 99.2% pure oxygen inhalation.This conclusion suggests that the hyperbaric oxygen may decrease the cellular immunity,which is related with the enhancement of adrenal corticoid function.
