Analysis of Deng Xiao-ping's Administrative Subject Thought

运用历史唯物主义中“人民群众是历史的创造者”的基本原理，逻辑地再现了邓小平管理主体思想的原貌——管理决策的基础——相信人民群众；管理目标的价值追求——富裕人民群众；管理目标实现的途径——依靠人民群众。进一步分析了这一主题的当代意义。

Based on the basic principle in historical materialism that people are the creator of history, this article logically expounded Deng Xiao-ping's Administrative Subject Thought: to believe the people is the basis when making policies; to make people well-off is the aim of administration; to depend on the people is the means to achieve the aim. In this article, the contemporary significance of this theme was analyzed.
