Economic globalization is a trend of the current world development. We should seize the opportunity that the developed western countries are being engaged in industrial restructuring to further the effort of opening to the outside world and to take part in the world trade in all aspects. A set of efficient laws, regulations and policies should be established to meet the challenge of economic globalization.
