Several Suggestions on the Construction and Management of the Food Chemistry Laboratory in Our College

结合我校食品化学实验室的现状以及面向新世纪实验教学教育改革的要求，提出对加强我校食品化学实验室建设和管理的几点建议。

According to the present condition and the requisition for the reform of experiment teaching in the new century, this article put forward some suggestions on the construction and management of food chemistry laboratories.
