摘要
永磁感应子式步进电动机具有轴向和径向磁路 ,结构比较复杂 ,采用场路结合的计算方法比较有效 .文章介绍了场路结合计算法的基本概念 ,采用二维磁场有限元计算法分析了场路结合法中的关键模型“齿层单元”的工程合理性 .计算分析表明 ,采用场路结合计算法 ,数学模型简单实用 。
The permanent magnet induction stepping motor is complicated in structure with the axial and radial magnetic circuits made.The more effective method for the calaclation is to combine the magnetic field with the magnetic circuit.The basic idea on the method is discussed in this paper.The key calculation model of the method, the Tooth Layer Unit, and its engineering rationality are analyzed with the 2-D finite element algorithm adopted. The result shows that the method is simple and practicable and that the calculation model can meet the precision reguirments in engineering.
