摘要
“氧债”和“无氧阈”是运动与无氧代谢中的经典概念,随着现代科学技术带动运动生理学的迅猛发展,这两个经典概念逐步受到挑战。本文就有关公认的科学事实对“氧债”和“无氧阈”这两个概念提出质疑,以期能引起有关方面的重视并在今后的教材编写中采用一套准确、合理、恰当的概念,推动整个运动生理学的交流与发展。
This article questioned the two concepts of'oxygen debt 'and'anaerobic threshold'on generally recognized facts,in order to cause relative department attach importance to them and adopt a s et of accurate,reasonable and suita ble concepts in editing teaching materials in the future.Mo reover,it should prompt the interch ange and development of sports physiology.
