弱二氧化碳激光照射对骨折愈合作用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以CO2激光不同功率密度照射:A组150mW/cm2、B组100mW/cm2、C组50mW/cm2,观察对兔骨折愈合的作用.结果:A、B组骨折处X线片所见显著优于对照组;A、B组骨折初期的血清羟脯氨酸浓度,骨折35天生物力学抗扭强度及骨痂钙含量均显著高于对照组;骨折35天骨痂胶原含量各组差异无显著性;C组与对照组差异无显著性,A与B组间差异也无显著性。表明,150mW/cm2和100mW/cm2的CO2激光照射对骨折愈合有促进作用,而50mW/cm2对骨折愈合无明显作用。 In the paper,we used the different power density of CO2 laser to treat the radius fracture in rabbits.Then the effect of CO2 laser with three kinds of power density (150mW/cm2,100mW/cm2 and 50mW/cm2)to rabbits'fracture was examined according to the index of roentgenogram,serum hydroxyproline,biochanical anti-torsion strength,the collagen and calcium content in callus.The result showed that the in-dex of serum hydro-xyproline, biochanical anti-torsion strength and calcium content of callus in group A(radiated by 150mW/cm2)and group B(radiated by 100mW/cm2)was significantly higher than that of control group. However,the collagen content of callus wasn't difference among these groups. It is suggested that the CO2 laser with 150mW/cm2 and 100mW/cm2 irradiation could stimulate the fracture healing, but the 50mW/cm2 power density has not this effect.
