Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Assessment of Shoulder Subluxation in Hemiplegic Patients

偏瘫肩关节半脱位是康复领域中常见的合并症。由于诊断标准和脱位程度的量化方法不够明确，常出现误诊、漏诊以至影响康复方法的有效性研究。我们通过５０例１００个肩关节的临床观察，提出一种简单易行的诊断和康复评价方法。

The shoulder subluxation is a common complication in hemiplegia.Clinically,misdiagnosis is often made since there have been no a quantitative standard for making a definite diagnosis to the shoulder subluxation.So it has interfered with the study of rehabilitation effectiveness.In this paper,the clinical observation of 100 shoulders(50 cases)was performed.On the basis of clinical observation,a simple and feasible method which can be used in diagnosis and rehabilitation assessment of shoulder subluxation was developed.
