Observation on Electrophysiology of Guillain-Barre Syndrome with Acute Motor Axone Type

摘要 对63例临床确诊的格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者进行了连续电生理观察,发现与经典的GBS不同。而本组病例表现,运动神经末端潜伏期、F波潜伏期、运动传导速度正常或轻微异常,运动诱发波幅明显降低,感觉传导速度和感觉神经电位正常,符合运动轴索的损害。病理证实为周围运动神经的瓦勒氏样变性。 cases with Guillain-Barre Syndrome were continusly studied with electrophysiology.It was found that there was a difference with the classical Guillain-Barre Syndrome.In this paper,the latent period of nerve terminal and F-wave,motor conduction velocity were normal or slight abnormality;theamplitude of motor induced wave was decreased;the sensory conduction velocity and sensory nerve potential were normal in these patients,which were corresponded to motor axcone damage.It was belonged in Wallerian degeneration of peripheral motor nerves proved by pathology.
