微波化疗联合治疗恶性淋巴瘤20例

Microwave Hyperthermia Combined with Chemotherapy for 20 Cases with Malignant Lymphadenoma

采用微波加热与化疗联合治疗恶性淋巴瘤２０例。化疗方案根据病理类型而定，于注药后２０分钟行浅表淋巴结或肿物局部微波照射，每次４０分钟，肿瘤温度４１．５～４３．０℃，每周２次。经２疗程治疗获ＣＲ１６例，ＰＲ４例。证明微波加热对化疗药物有增敏作用，与单纯化疗相比，可缩短完全缓解时间。

cases with malignt lymphadenoma were treated with microwave hyperthermia and chemotherapy.The use of chemotherapy depended mainly on the classification of pathology.After the medicine was injected 20 minutes,the superficial lymphaden or tumor was radiated by microwave for 40 min/each time,twice a week. During the radiation,the intratumor temperature reached 41. 5-43.0℃.Throughtwo courses of treatment,16 cases were CR,4 PR.It is proved that microwave may raise the sensitivity of chemical therapy and shorten the course of treatment when compared with the single chemotherapy.
